Question : i tried putting fastrum gel on my penis because my foreskin is way to tight and it hurts when i open it. when i put fastrum gel on it. it really burns is that normal?

its recent. it happened a few days ago

its not painful if not erected. but when its hard it is very painful

i have tried putting fastrum gel on it. and it is very painful when i apply fastrum gel. what should i do doctor?
