Brief Answer:
Instability of cervical spine to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

One of the most probable conditions that may cause such symptoms is instability (spondylolisthesis) of your cervical spine since these symptoms arise from certain head and neck positions.

Imaging studies such dynamic X-rays and MRI of your cervical spine play an important role in achieving a correct understanding of your condition.

Please discuss with your Doctor about getting examined further.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
