Brief Answer:
Can be nerve related cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain and tingling sensation that you are having can be related to a nerve root compression at the level of lumbar spine or Vitamin B 12 deficiency or an electrolyte imbalance. It is good that any blood clots have been ruled out already.
It is best to consult a neurologist and get the investigations like MRI scan and blood tests done to find out the cause. You can also start with methylcobalamin supplements and see if it helps.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
