Question : I have been sneezing the last day or two. I think it is my allergy. However, when I sneeze. I feel pain, more than tingling. More like shooting pain above my waist, down my arms all the way to the tips of my fingers.

Brief Answer:
Allergy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.

As you have mentioned to have been taking flonase daily, you seem to be chronic patient of either allergic rhinitis or asthma.

If this episode is new to you then chances of you catching a virus with allergy can not be ignored with additional symptoms you have.

I advice you to take acetaminophen with levocetirizine, that should relieve your immediate symptoms.
You must take rest, have plenty of oral fluids.

See your doctor to report about this episode, you can give reference of this conversation as well, if it is only allergy then he may decide to reschedule your drug or/and dose.

Hope you answer to your query, if any more please ask or you can close it by rating it.

Good Wishes

Brief Answer:
Medications required

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

Please take the medication as advised by in my first answer, your symptoms will improve.
How many times you have used flonase today, if it is not more than two, you can use it once more if symptom remains severe after taking medication.

I would like to you to add montelukast tablet with levocitirizine and acetaminophen tablets.

You will certainly be benefited.
Good luck
