What Causes Pain And Urine Leakage During Intercourse After SUI Repair?
Question: I have had complete pop repairs with mesh and sling. also had a tvt revision. All leakage has stopped besides I leak urine during penetration. I need answers to why this keeps happening .

But sometimes surgery is not a 100 % successful, and this can result in a few complications like the ones you are experiencing. One of the side effects of the surgery itself are a neuro-muscular abnormalities that itself can lead to difficulties during intercourse like pain, urinary leakage, etc. This is sad and unfortunate, and some surgeons choose to re-operate and some surgeons accept this to be a sad side effect the patient may have to live with.
I am sorry to learn about your experience and the only thing I can advise is to re-visit your surgeon and discuss the complication and possibilities for complete relief with him/her. As I mentioned ma'am, either surgery once again or learning to live with it. :(
