Brief Answer:
functional abdominal pain syndrome...

Detailed Answer:

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for the query.
I understand your concern.
Well the kind of pain your are getting looks like you have a sensitive intestine, it is likely to be a part of functional abdominal pain syndrome in which patient keeps on frequently experiencing the pain which might be significantly distressing to him however no abnormalities are identified on investigations like sonography, CT scan or even endoscopies.
Though these pains are severe at times most likely they are not of much consequence and do not lead to any complications in long run.
Since the pain is there since 4 years it is unlikely to be related to any serious disease.
Need to understand that it is usually the heightened sensitivity of these areas that lead to these symptoms.
Can try following things and see how your feel,
1) Eating on time
2) Taking adequate sleep
3) Regular walking
4) Avoiding sleep 2 hours after meals
5) Cutting down on stress and anxiety

In addition trying medication like some tri cyclic antidepressants like amitryptiline after consulting your gastroenterologist will help to control the symptoms as these medications are not available over the counter.
though they are antidepressants but they can be used in such kind of illness as pain modulators in low dose and not as a part to treat depression.
All this will help you to control symptoms in long run.
Hope this answers your query.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
Happy to help.
