Question : Hello doctor. I am suffering with pain around my neck, stiff muscles, giddiness and dullness too(giddiness is especially during fast head movements and while driving). I am worried. Please suggest me. Thanks.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are having Cervico-ocular (Neck -Eye) dis coordination .

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you Aceclofenac + thiococlchicide combination twice daily after meal & Neck relaxation exercise .

Avoid long working hour in front of computer & improper position of neck during sleep.

Investigation needed Xray neck AP & lateral view .

You may see improvement within 7 days , if you use proper medication , Neck relaxation exercise & Avoid long working hour in front of computer & improper position of neck during sleep & working .

Xray neck will rule out any cervical bone disorders .
