Brief Answer:
Detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such pain can be caused by spine problems or by some abdominal issues including acute pancreatitis or gallstones.
Spine problem usually gives pain more intense when moving or bending. The pain can also radiate to one side or both sides legs.
Pancreatitis or gallstones give usually also nausea. The pain is associated with foods intake.

I suggest you to consult orthopedist if spine problem sounds possible. Spine MRI might be necessary.
If gallsotnes sounds probable, abdominal ultrasound, blood work, liver tests and pancreas tests should be done.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
