Brief Answer: two possibilities Detailed Answer: Hello, From your history there can be two possibilities. The first one , which is more likely is that you are having a sinus infection which is causing the pain and your symptoms, for this you would need to do an endoscopy of your nose and take xray of the face , to look at the extent of the infection and will guide you further. The second possibility is may be that you may be having a temporomandiblar joint (TMJ , JAW joint ) disorder/dysfunction , which is causing your symptoms . For this you will have to meet your dentist , who will examine you and guide you further. Meanwhile i would like you to start steam inhalation 2-3 times a day and take a soft diet. Take care!
