Question : I am a badminton player and I have pain on a point below deltoids on right hand. Please advice

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. It seems to be tendinitis as you are player so sometimes muscles overwork leading to stretching of tendon. Its treatment is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen till pain subsides. Vitamin B and C help in recovery. Sometimes it does not respond to this treatment, I found very good results with injection triamcilone locally at site of pain in such persons coming to my clinic.You can discuss with your doctor about it.
