Brief Answer:
Most probably aches are due to abdominal bloating
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Most likely the aches is due to bloated stomach because of flatulence, dyspepsia and moreover you have irritable bowel syndrome which may be a cause. I would like to know the following in this respect -
1. Is there any heart burn?
2. Is there any feeling of heaviness after small amount of food intake?
3. What is the nature of bowel function?
You should take atleast 4 litre of water per day along with an esomeprazole and levosulpuride combination in empty stomach in morning along with life style modification like avoidance of fast and spicy food, light food after evening, head end elevation during sleep and plenty of water intake as I suggested earlier. Along with these you should have a visit to a gastroenterologist to have a check on your irritable bowel syndrome treatment and control. I think all these will solve your problem. You should have a trial of all these for 1 month and if not subsided by then you should write back to me again.
God bless you and get well soon.
Regards,
Dr Arnab Maji
