Question : I fell about 6 days ago and am experiencing increasing pain above and below my left breast as well as my left back area. and side almost any movement hurts as well as taking deep breaths

It is Musculoskeletal pain.
Initially, you should take an Xray Chest AP view and rule out bony injury.Fracture rib is very painful.
Please consult your doctor, get an Xray and proceed accordingly.
I prescribe skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
Slight breathing exercises are very helpful.
