Question : I have pain below the right shoulder blade, dizziness when standing and ears feel full and indigestion and beginning to get a headache. I have not gone to the bathroom in a few days.

Your symptoms most likely are related to:
- Viral infection (enterovirosis)
- Inner ear problems responsibile for head ache dizzines and vomiting
- Cervical spine spondylitis

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Cervical spine x-ray
- Audiogram
- Abdominal ultrasound
