Brief Answer:
Rule out chronic sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query,

1. Widespread pains and paresthesia that come and go, even spreading to the whole body suggest a generalized cause which is usually not serious.

2. You should get a plain Sinus CT to rule out sinusitis as these are central to the nose throat and ears.

3. If the Sinus Ct is normal, the cause could be a post-viral syndrome, a migraine variant headache, metabolic and nutritional deficiencies and yes, an autoimmune problem.

4. You need too consult a Rheumatologist who can guide you through the autoimmune testing.

5. Upload the results here.If the autoimmune tests are normal, there is more to discuss.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any follow up queries, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Please provide the test results.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for writing back.

1. Request a Neurologist to prescribe a trial of a neuralgic and migraine painkillers (which are different from regular musculo-skeletal painkillers).

2. Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS) and ElectroMyoGraphy (EMG) can be done.
If these are normal, this may be Fibromyalgia.

3. Let me know the results. At the same time, follow all the instructions mentioned in my previous answer.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any follow up queries, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
