Brief Answer:
Heart as the cause of pain should be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello , Welcome to HCM,
I am Dr. Mody and I would be addressing your concern.

By endoscopy they would have ruled out any stomach related issues like gastric ulcer which may cause the pain you described.

As it's normal other possibility of such pain should be ruled out .

One important cause is heart , particularly when she has risk factors like diabetes and hypertension and if she has history of getting tired or breathlessness while she has to exert like climbing stairs .

The best and non invasive way to investigate for the same is do a treadmill stress test. Here the performance of her at during stress period is evaluated, also if similar symptoms occur during the test , it's validates heart as the cause .

Others like gall stones , muscular pain may rarely mimic such pain .
Hence all the above should be ruled out by complete clinical examination and relevant investigation.

Let me know if any clarification needed and I would be happy to help.

Regards Dr Priyank Mody
