Brief Answer:
Pain could be due to cholelithiasis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & I will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. From your statement I concluded that you have:
1. Stones in gall bladder
2. Simple cyst on kidney
3. Breathlessness
4. Stomach pain
5. Intermittent diarrhea
6. Right lower abdomen pain

> First of all I would suggest you to relax. All the above mentioned symptoms could be interrelated and cancer is highly unlikely. Pain in abdomen is most probably due to stones in gall bladder. In some cases gall stones does not cause pain so patients are suggested to ignore surgery but in your case as they are causing pain and other symptoms so I would suggest you to get an appointment for a surgeon and get gall bladder removed. If surgeon suspects any thing doctor may go for colonoscopy. If you have done any tests please upload reports.
> Similarly pain in abdomen can be because of cyst as well as because of appendix. Appendix pain will be persistent with fever, vomiting and high TLC count of CBC. You can visit nearest hospital to rule it out.
> Breathlessness can be due to anxiety and stress so I would suggest you to calm & relax. During stress there is excess release of stomach acid which in return causes severe pain in stomach region as well as in center chest area. It may also lead to intermittent diarrhea.

Conclusion:
Your symptoms are seemed to be interrelated with one another. Simply take an appointment for a surgeon to get gall stones removed and they will reduce your most of the symptoms. For stomach acid I usually recommend my patients sucralfate suspension which provides quick soothing effect.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health!!

Brief Answer:
Cancer highly unlikely!

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for getting back with the query. Blood in stool can be because of a number of causes. On basis of one finding we can not say it is cancer. Most common in your case could be bleeding ulcer in stomach. You can undergo colonoscopy & Upper GI Endoscopy to rule out cause of bleeding. Bleeding is NOT always due to cancer so you can relax. Is there any family history of cancer? You can take appointment for a gastroenterologist for above mentioned tests and to rule out the cause of blood in stool.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
