Question : Sir I'm 22 year old.... I'm having problem while urinating and motion.... I have to put pressure to urinate and it's painy all over the body... uaually I'm more hunger than others but now I don't feel like eating... a feeling of weakness causes in head... Full pain all over forehead.... and shivering in hands and legs.. burning sensation in the chest..Sir please kindly suggest me medicines or foods that cure my problem....

I can understand your concern.

You seem to be very anxious about your health. You see anxiety itself is an ailment which can cause chest pain, stomach pain , sweaty palms , shaky hands and feet and even increase your heart rate.

I would suggest you to-
1. Not worry so much.
2. Try relaxation techniques like consciously breathing in and out for 5 minutes a day. This will reduce your anxiety.
3. Drink loads of water - this will solve the urination problem
4. As a routine check-up get a blood hemoglobin , TSH , blood glucose and a routine urine examination done .
5. I would start tablet Pantoprazole on an empty stomach.

Your doctor can guide on the exact dosage.
