Question : las night me and my wife were having sexual intercore and she said it hurted her she said that she felt like alot of presure down there and she felt like throwing up could u help me please

I would like to know if it was the first time that she was indulging in sexual activity or she has been active for a while.
Also if at all she suffers from constipation.
In case it was her first time then nothing to worry as it is very common.
Also if she has been having constipation then she will feel better once it is relieved.
But in case she has been active sexually for quite some time and this awkward feeling is a new development and continues for a couple of days more then get an ultrasound to see if there is some problem in pelvic area.

Then this is all because of urinary infection mist likely.
So get her Urine culture done and in case she still has heaviness or pain in lower abdomen then give her buscopan tablet which will relieve her pain and wait for the culture report.
Also ask her to take a lot if water and keep local hygiene and now just avoid unprotected intercourse till she has these symptoms.

No dear, there is nothing like that as medicine is usually very effective and works in almost 95-97% of the cases.
So that is most probably not the issue as you are safe as far as pregnancy chances are concerned.

Yes in case she is overdue on her period date then definitely there can be a risk of pregnancy especially since she had a vomiting episode too.
So in case you guys have doubt then do a pregnancy test and see the result.

Urine pregnancy test and ultrasound advised

Just do a urine pregnancy test.
And in case positive then get an ultrasound done to see the location of pregnancy as at times there is tubal pregnancy which can give such symptoms.
Or there can be just a subtle infection in the pelvis causing all this.
Till you get ultrasound just give her hyosimax tablet in case she gets same symptoms again.

I brought her to the er. And the found an ectopic pregnancy that is the same u told me righr
