Brief Answer:
Chances of spontaneous conception are less than 10%.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the attached reports. You have severe endometriosis. The cervix is closed. The chances of conception by natural method are very less. Even after the surgery there is scarring that can affect tubes and ovaries. The chances of having an ectopic pregnancy are also increased.
After the surgery you should consult n infertility specialist who can help you in conception with the help of assisted reproductive techniques.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr. Rakhi Tayal.
