Question : Hi Dr XXXXXXX XXXXXX. This is XXXXXX.I am having pain while urinating since 3 hours.Should i bother.Please suggest a remedy?

A possible lower UTI.

Hi Sir.

I understand your query and concern.

I apologise for my delayed response.

You seem to have lower urinary tract infection/UTI.

This might be a spread from the funiculitis, which you had earlier.

Its high time that you start the antibiotic which I mentioned earlier, Guducef CV 200 twice a day for 5 days after consulting your Primary physician.

Take Cranberry juice 200 ml twice a day to wash out urinary microorganisms.

A complete urine examination with culture is helpful.
