Question : Questionable urinary tract infection or bacterial infection. Frequency and 5-10 second of pain when emptying bladder.

HI and thanks for this query.
This is suggestive of a possible UTI. I will suggest that you get an antibiotic for this. Generally, I recommend ciprofloxacine for 3-5days to my clients. Unfortunately, this si not available over the counter and requires that you talk to your treating physician for a script. In addition, drink much water and also cranberry juice to help with speedy recovery.
