Brief Answer:
TOO EARLY TO TEST, WAIT TILL 5TH DECEMBER.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
In good hands, IUI success rates range from 10 - 15 %, if there are no adverse factors such as poor sperm quality, blocked fallopian tubes, poor ovulation etc.
Testing on day 9 is way too early.
What is your normal cycle length ?
If you had IUI on 20th November, you can safely test for pregnancy on the 5th of December, if you do not have periods by then.
The symptoms are non specific, so dont worry.
Take rest, avoid stress and stay positive.
Do not forget to take daily folic acid supplements.
All the best

Brief Answer:
DIET, EXERCISE AND METFORMIN

Detailed Answer:
Has your husband's semen analysis been done ?
Did you ovulate well in response to stimulation ?
PCOS has no cure as such.
It is a condition of baseline hormonal imbalance.
Weight reduction is key.
You need to reduce atleast 10 kg of weight by dietary management and daily exercise.
You can consult a Nutritionist for that.
Metformin tablets can help with PCOS.
ALso, you need to reduce stress levels and follow a healthy , active lifestyle.
You must have got the HSG done to check if the fallopian tubes are open .
All the best
