Brief Answer:
could be appendicitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing to HealthcareMagic.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

Though as per your symptoms this pain is classical of appendicitis but can be even due to a ureteric stone.

In appendicitis the pain classically starts at the umblicus and then starts descending down to the right side. And thr pain gets aggrevated by movement. But for confirmation you need to undergo a complete blood count and urine routine and a ultrasound of your abdomen. The usg will also help to rule out presence of ureteric stones.

But apart from these test, a clinical examination by a physician is equally important, as appendicitis is still a clinical diagnosis with certain classical examination findings, which can easily be elicited by a physician.

And if it does turns out to be appendicitis, then you will need to undergo appendicetomy.

And i don't think that this is due to any cancer.

Hope i have been of help to you.

Regards
