Brief Answer:
Likely to bed to muscular sprain

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

At your young age its unlikely to be serious, its likely to be due to muscular sprain sustained while walking or physical exertion.
If the following criteria are fulfilled then there is no cause for concern

1. No local rise of temperature

2. Minimal swelling or no swelling

3. Absence of severe pain while squeezing calf muscle

I would suggest you the following

1. Elevation of limb by placing it under pillow while sleeping

2. Adequate rest

3. Cold compresses

4. Analgesic ;like Ibuprofen will be helpful

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you

Take Care

Best Regards
