Brief Answer:
An infectious cause is suspected

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Pain in armpit and in the elbow region could be due to concurrent enlargement of axillary and epi-trochlear lymph nodes.
Simultaneous enlargement of axillary and epi-trochlear lymph nodes can occur in fungal infection like sporotrichosis.
Is there any history of trauma to hand or fingers by thorn prick etc?
If yes then this is the probable cause of pain in the axillary and epi-trochlear region.
However, you need to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
If there is lymph node enlargement in the axilla and epi-trochlear region, then an aspiration cytology of the lymph nodes may be required.
Further management will be decided by the result of the investigations.

Thanks and take care

Brief Answer:
Pain and burning sensation can be due to neurological disturbance

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain and burning sensation in arms and legs suggest some neurological problem.
The pain may be associated with the enlarged lymph nodes in axilla and epi-trochlear region.
However, burning sensation is due to nerve related disorder.
Pain in the thighs can be due to muscular problem.
Relation between burning sensation and sitting seem to be incidental.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.

Thanks and take care
