Question : I have pain in the upper left side of my arm. I am thinking it is b/c I sleep on that side. I have the same thing in both arms. I do have low back issues and asthma, w/c is why I don't sleep on my back. Other than that, i am in relatively good health.

Hello,
I have studied your case. Most probably it is a positional pain due to sleeping in wrong position. But I would recommend you to get a ECG as soon as possible as this type of pain can occur in heart problem. So if your pain is increasing and it is also coming to chest than you should get ECG as soon as possible.
if your ECG is normal than you can follow these steps.
1. Hot water fomentation.
2. Volitran ointment
3. Tablet Brufen if pain is very bad.
