I can understand your concern.
Yes, you can be 100%sure about not having serious lung disease.
So remove this fear from your mind.
And as we have discussed, possibility of gas and acidity is more for your chest tightness.
Are you still taking pantoprazole and levosulperide combination?
If not then you should take this combination for better relief. Along with drugs, you should avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals. Go for walking after meals.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

This is mostly musculoskeletal pain.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
No need to worry for major lung disease.
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
Your pain is associated with movements. This is characteristic feature of musculoskeletal pain.
So apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Avoid movements causing pain.
Take painkiller like ibuprofen after food.
Don't take on empty stomach otherwise this will worsen your gas trouble.
And I am again saying that you are not having lung disease like lung infection or lung cancer.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

How many Ibuprufen I need to take ...I have as 200 mg Ibuprufen so Can I take it 2 times a day ..How many days I need to take it?

I am reading some of the articles that Chest xray cant reveal all Lung Cancer cases ...So will it be possible in my case as well ?

Cause some of the symptoms I am also getting as Mucus Filled Throat , Back and chest pains , sometimes coughing with yellow sputum etc.

I know I am posting this question again and again but this is worrying me . Please suggest when and how I will be out of these worrisome symptoms

I can understand your concern.
Sorry for late reply as I was busy whole night with emergency.
Yes, you are right.
Chest x ray is not always confirmatory.
It can miss early lung cancer in few patient.
But honestly speaking, you are having very low possibility of lung cancer because of your age and absence of chronic symptoms.
So normal chest x ray in your case is sufficient to rule out cancer.
So no need to worry for lung cancer.
But if you still have a doubt then going for CT scan. There is no option other than CT scan.
And yes, you should take ibuprofen 200mg twice daily after food.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks
