Brief Answer:
Not HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
First of all these are muscular pains and are not symptoms of HIV. Secondarily , you have been tested with ELISA at 6 weeks and that is considered almost conclusive.
For Acute muscular pain i advise following:
1. A combination of pain killer and muscle relaxant containing Diclofenac and Thiocholchiside.
2. To do hot fomentation of the affected area.
3. To apply Diclofenac (Volini) ointment locally.
4. A combination of Gabapentin and Nortrptilline is added if no adequate pain relief is observed.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
Get the test repeated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, i don't give a consideration for HIV, when ELISA test is negative after 6 weeks. However, you may get it repeated after 1 more month.
