Brief Answer:
Try Paracetamol or Ibuprofen.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and Medical History.

As per the history you have provided , this looks to be a generalized problems as there are pains at many area.

It is possibly due to flu-like disease.

There is no history of fever or other symptoms like loose motions , cough etc?

Cramps in the calf muscles can be a part of the generalized pain you are getting.

If not already taken, you may please take paracetamol/ Ibuprofen or such medicines which you know suits you well for a few days. This should help you.

If the symptoms persist it would be advisable to visit a Doctor for a clinical examination. A good clinical examination gives an idea for a probable diagnosis, investigations needed and helps planning the management.

Please feel free to ask for more if have further queries.
Wishing an early recovery.
