Brief Answer:
It looks like musculoskeletal pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like musculoskeletal pain.
As Mammogram is normal, pain due to breast is excluded.
I prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
If appropriate medicine is not used , pain will continue.
Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.

thanks. Does that have antiinflamatory meds in it? If so, i cannot take it as I have a touch of esohagtis. Is there anything else that would work? Right now i am just taking tramadol. can muscle pain last long? Like i said, I have been dealing with this for a few months and I am so frustrated. Can the muscle pain move around like that? Now it seems to be in my right chest area by breast and mid and upper back. thanks

Brief Answer:
You can take only Thiocolchicoside.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Tramadol is a pain killer. It is not a muscle relaxant.

If you are having esophagitis, you can take tablet containing Thiocolchicoside only. I prescribe Thiocolchicoside 8 mg twice daily in severe cases.

I also add a Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole to my patients with acid peptic disease.

Please use this tablet for 1 week after getting it prescribed by your doctor, and let me know the result.

Wish you good health.

Brief Answer:
Cyclobenzaprine is a good muscle relaxant.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Cyclobenzaprine is a good muscle relaxant. You can try this drug initially. If there is no response, you can change it.
The symptoms that you have mentioned can be due to skeletal muscle pain.
It will come down.
Wish you good health.

hi. I took two of the muscle relaxers today and it doesnt feel any better at all. I know you said it might take up to 3 days, but I thought I would get some relief. shouldn't I? I feel like I was run over by a truck. It's hard to believe that it started as a mild pain on the left are of my right breast and now it is in my upper and mid back and not getting better. The pain by the breast is constant. Thanks for listening to me gripe about it. I am so disgusted as I have been dealing with this for over 3 months now

thanks. I will be more patient about this. I did go in hot tub yesterday. Its funny--when I sleep, I feel no pain. When I wake up, it starts again. I do have mild disc bulges around c2 to 7. But they are mild
