Question: Dear madam,
My breast is paining alot when i hug tightly and pressed with little higher pressures. this pain lasts for 2 to 3 hours at least. this pain still increases when i sleep in one side. what is my problem please kindly help me with this. looking forward to hearing from you soon....please prescribe tablets as well...Thankyou

pl examine your breasts for change of color lump or discharge. if none this is stress induced mastalgia. for this you can take tab primosa 1000 mg twice daily for 30 days

this is generally stress induced hormonal disturbance and has causes like variable levels of estrogen progesterone prolactin . however in the absence of any lump discharge etc nothing else needs to be done
