Question : Every night I go to bed I wake up every couple of hours with painful carves & numbness &pin&needles in my feet. I suffer with muscle spasms in my carve all thought the day the problem seam to be getting worse , all this began after I had two stents put in my heart 5 years ago after a anginer attack. I am age 74 quite fit 5'9inch tall around 180 lb

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. It appears to be possible potassium/calcium deficiencies with peripheral neuropathy.

I would require more details for further opinion:
A. Medications taken in past for this problem and also currently medications being taken.
B. Any associated chronic diseases like diabetes, etc
C. Vitamin B12 therapy, taken anytime. If yes, how long.
D. Vegetarian or non vegetarian
E. Any laboratory tests for anemia and electrolytes?
F. Possible diagnosis suspected or treated for same in past.
