Question : Sharp pain in heart is very scary and I t comes and goes I try breathing in and out it help a little but still feel heart tight and also the same issue I mention before my left leg vein movement also left arm should I go to Er? I went to cardiologist before I told them they did ekg normal, and I just got a stress test done I don't know results yet. I should get an ultrasound of my heart legs and upper body. left vein on neck...I can't continue living this way I can't work in these condition and is been for a while I should get some answer and I cannot. find a doctor yet that can help me in this situation please help me

Get MRI scan done.

Hi,

I have read your query.

For heart and arm pain you should immediately go to ER with all your reports of investigation s done.

Leg pain may be due to many reasons including, nerve compression Iumbar region, stenosis of spinal canal, leg cramp etc.

So I advise you to get MRI of lumbosacral spine done and send me the report.

Till then you can take aceclofenac + thiocochicoside combination three times a day, pregabalin at night by discussing it with your family doctor.

Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.

Back and leg stretching exercises as uploaded on youtube.

Drink a lot of water.

If fasting blood sugar levels are normal then you can take fruits and juices.
