It might have been a muscular spasm, acid reflux or a heart problem.
It is very important to exclude the possibility that this chest pain might be related to a heart condition.
I would suggest to consult your physician and get some tests done.You need to do an EKG, Stress test and Heart ultrasound.

If these tests are normal ,then you don't need to worry.Probably it was a muscular pain.
