Brief Answer:
it seems muscular pain mostly.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Since your cardiac work up is normal , no need to worry much for cardiac cause.
Musculoskeletal pain can be the cause for your symptoms.
But better to get done chest x ray to rule out pulmonary cause. It will come mostly normal.
So musculoskeletal pain appears more in your case.
So try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting.
2. Avoid strenuous exercise.
3. Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
4. Start painkiller and muscle relaxant.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
Don't worry, you will be happy.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
must be anxiety related.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
Since your TMT is normal, I think you might be having anxiety related sweating and dizziness.
No need to worry for cardiac cause.
Sorry to say but, this forum does not give me authority to prescribe drugs with trade names. So I can not suggest you trade names. But painkiller and muscle relaxant combination is easily available over the counter.
I want to know something.
1. Are you smoker?
2. Do you take alcohol?
3. What is your weight? Are you obese?
Please reply me these answers, so that I can guide you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
get done PFT.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
Since you were smoker and slightly obese too, I advice you to get done PFT (pulmonary function test) to rule out early bronchitis.
Early bronchitis can cause bilateral chest pain with or without coughing.
Have you consulted pulmonologist ever?
Have you undergone PFT ever?
Please reply me these answers, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
