Brief Answer:
Chest pain

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns.

You are concerned about chest pain. The pain is located upper chest just below your collar bone and out by the shoulder. These are is also tender to the touch. This is more than likely muscle strain or injury. I am not concerned about heart related pain because the pain would be a more deep seated pain and not worsened with touching.

For this pain I recommend using tylenol or ibuprofen. This should resolve rather quickly with rest and medication.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
