Brief Answer: please see details. Detailed Answer: Dear Madam Not all chest pain are related to heart. A pain related to heart is classically behind breast bone, comes on exercise/stress and is relieved by rest. It can not be usually pinpointed, does not get relieved in less than 2 minutes and is not elicitable by touch, pressure or local movement. Since your age is also only 31and there are no other medical conditions, please see your physician first before any testing. Sincerely Sukhvinder
