                                            Question : Dear Doctor,
I am getting chest pain very often, it often radiates to left should and back as well, i am regular to gym and mostly i take stair case. some times i feel i am very active but sometimes i feel very low and unhealthy. whenever i get chest pain i couldn't lift more weights in gym. i had consulted cardiologist few years back and the result was " everything is fine", it would be helpful if would suggest the way forward in this issue
Also i would like to add that i am having difficulty in breathing whenever i get chest pain, it will be more when i exhale.

                                    Brief Answer:
You need to have your cardiac evaluation again
Detailed Answer:
there are two possibilities for your problem. one is muskuloskeletal pain. other is cardiac origin, the way you describe your symptoms we need to rule out cardiac problem. please get a echocardiogram and TMT done, if there is any abnormality you need further evaluation and treatment. if none than you need to change your exercise pattern and intensity.
