                                            Question : I have a pain in my chest,  shoulder and tongue. I'm 27 in good health. I do not smoke or drink and eat well 6 days a week and I have a healthy bmi.  Hard to take a deep breath.

But better to rule out cardiac and pulmonary causes for your symptoms.

1. Ecg to rule out cardiac cause.
2. Chest x ray to rule out pulmonary causes.
If both of the above are normal then no need to worry for cardiac and pulmonary diseases.
