Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be due to heart cause. More likely to be due to reflux.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the details and understand your concerns. But the possibility of the chest pain being due to gastroesophageal reflux (GERD) is much more than the possibility of it being due to heart cause. The stomach acids are meant for digestion but keep getting secreted constantly. By morning, much of these acids have accumulated in the stomach and a reflux of this acid into the foodpipe may cause pain similar to what you have mentioned.

I would insist you to take omeprazole once daily before breakfast. Be sure to take a brisk walk daily and to avoid long gaps between meals.

To be worry free, you may get an ECG done.

Regards
