Question : I am a 25 year old man.
I am a healthy and slim otherwise, i go out for walks every weekend and play table tennis every day for sometime.
I am feeling different subtle pain in different areas around my heart since few weeks now. I've been drinking 2 cans a-day of red-bull since a year now and trying to curb this bad habit .
The dull pain usually last 2-3 minutes.
Sometimes i also feel a little crunching sensation in my heart when i bend down to pick up something or suddenly get up after lying down for a while.
I am worried that i have a heart problem.

Brief Answer:
I would advised you to get your heart check up
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Heart pain should not be taken lightly. Though you look fitter and quite young for heart issue, still I would suggest you to take these steps.
1.get ECG of the heart. It will tell us if there is any problem.
2.also get your lipid profile and blood sugar.
3.avoid smoking if you do. Or Alcohol.
4.avoid fatty, spicy food.
You can share your ECG and blood reports with me. I will try my best to help you.
Thanks
