I am having pain starting under my left earlobe going down the side of my neck to my throat.
My throat has felt like it has had this small guey sensation in it but wont. Ough up more annoyonying than anything. My throat is extremely tender and painful in that area only. Its almost a burning sensation.

Most common causes of such pain are parotitis, enlargement of neck lymph nodes, distension of sternocleiodmastoid muscle orthyroid glands issues. These are benign and treatable condition but you should definitely do ultrasound to rule out some other more serious disorders out. Till that try to eat mor eliquid food,avoid cold drinks, take nonsteroid painkillers and apply warm compresses on this side of the neck. Wish you good health. Regards
