I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having dry eyes because of constant use of computer. This is called as computer vision syndrome.

The basic problem which occurs here dryness of eyes because of decreased blinking rate and exposure to computer screen.

This is not a serious condition and no need to be worry and this will respond to treatment with artificial tears eye drops like Systane ultra.

Along with the use of artificial tears eye drops you need to follow few precautions like
Avoid continuous use of computer by taking frequent breaks in between. A break of 5 minutes after working for continuous one hour is required.
Avoid use of fan or air conditioner which will further increase the dryness of the eyes.
Avoid exposure to smoke, dust, wind which will increase the dryness.
Use of anti-glare glasses will be helpful.
