Brief Answer:
It can be due to weak bones or edema

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Pain in feet with swelling can be due to kidney problems or edema. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Get your serum B12 and vitamin D 3 level.
2.Get your urea and creatinine level.
These tests will tell us if their is any weakness in your body. There are certain medication like cholesterol lowering drugs which can cause such problems. So you need to see your drugs also. Till then you can do these things.
1.Tramadol can help in some pain. It is safe for you. You can take NSAID due to kidney issue.
2.Hot water fomentation.
3.Volini gel local application
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
