Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Read and understood your history of problems, tests and medications.

Just a few things to clear from you, please provide me some more information:
- Do you mean to say that Endoscopy showed Gastritis and
Candidiasis of the esophagus ?
What is the treatment given for This particular problem ? You may post a photograph / scanned copy of the reports and prescription as >
YYYY@YYYY

Pain in the food pipe and swallowing problem must be due to Esophagitis due to acidity and an added candidiasis.
The back pain may or may not be due to Esophagitis. It can be due to local back problem of muscles or so.

It is good that TMT has been done and you are under the right medicines for heart problem.

I would advise you to take the following if not already been given.
PPI like Pantoprazole.
Domperidone as a motility promoter
Anatcid gel like Mucaine to be taken 15 ml every 3 to 4 hours, particularly when on empty stomach.
Soft bland and small frequent meals.
No late nights / sleep early.

I hope you may be already prescribed all these medicines and also an anti-fungal tablets for candidiasis.

I hope blood sugar is normal.
Candidiasis indicates that there may be reduced immunity, the Physician should help you get to the root of the problem and add further medicines as needed on getting the reports.

Continue the treatment as advised by the Cardiologist and Gastroenterologist of Appolo Hospital, XXXXXXX

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for more if you need to ask any relevant queries. and please give me the feedback.
