Brief Answer:
Meet your doctor to rule out torsion of testis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Need to rule out torsion of testis. Do press on the testis and try to pull if. See if it is painful.
Ultrasound of the pelvis will confirm any pathology.
If it were to muscular pain, i do not expect you to find enlarged blood vessels.
Meet your doctor at the earliest.

Any further queries, happy to help again.

Brief Answer:
Evaluation of lymphnode or hernia needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.

Sorry, I did not see the male/female column

If you feel like a lump, it could be lymphnode enlargement. Any muscle contraction of pelvic muscles also compresses the lymphnodes and could cause pain.

If you feel like enlarged blood vessels, any herniation needs to be evaluated. Try coughing and see if you can feel any impulse. If yes, possible hernia and you need to meet a surgeon at earliest.

However, if its muscular pain, history of pulling of muscle should be there.
You can try a muscle relaxant with painkiller. It should help.

If it does not and pain increases, deeper lesions needs to be thought of. Ultrasound of pelvis needs to be done to evaluate deeper organs.

Hope there is no burning micturation or blood in urine or white discharge per vagina.
If there are any other additional symptoms, do let know. Start yourself on painkiller and see if you feel any tiny nodes or masses.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
