Question : I woke up this morning with a pain in my groin. When I walk, the pain is very bad from my right side groin to my anus. Very bad that I have to remain still. I do not remember straining in any unusual way yesterday or recently.

1] IS there any swelling in the groin ?

2] Are you constipated ? I mean taking long to pass stool or passing hard stool ?

3] Is there any burning micturition history ?

4] Did you experience nausea or vomiting ?

5] How is the pain releived ? or is it of the same severity yet ?

2. not constipated.
3. No burning.
4. No vomiting or nausea.
5. same pain. when I am moving around. no pain when relaxed.

I would suggest you go for an abdominal ultrasound examination

If possible a clinical proctoscopy and a complete blood panel

In the mean time take Ibuprofen 600mg twice a day
