Question : I went to the ER last night because of anxiety, my gums were hurting, dry mouth and a real bad headache. I was told all my labs and EKG were normal but my potassium was 3.3. Me already having anxiety that freaked me out. They gave me 30mg of toradol and 4 potassium pills. A prescription for Xanax as well. With this toradol in my system can I take the xanax? They said my gums were hurting because of gingivitis. Can anxiety cause this to stir up? I didn't have pain until after the anxiety attack.

Anxiety does not lead to any gum related issues. It may be due to gingivitis and you can take local dentogel and antibiotics for that.

It is good that you do not have anxiety attack but take xanax regularly to avoid such attack in future.
