                                            Question : Hey Doctor, i have got some pain in my gums between two tooth on left hand side.It is very irritating and pain is mild but that passes through d part under my left ear. What should i do?

Due to decayed tooth in that region.

There might be proximal caries between those two teeth in that region.Decay might have progressed till pulp & due to that you might be having pain.Pain in ear could be due to that tooth.
You need to get proper clinical & radiographic examination.
If decay is deep then go for root canal treatment.
Consult your dentist for further treatment plan.
Take analgesic for temporary pain relief.

Use of rough or hard brush & vigrous brushing technique might lead to wearing away of enamel causing pulp exposure.
In such case filling or root canal are options depending on clinical & radiologic condition.
