Question : I've just had my first injection of testosterone cypionate and experienced a sharp, painon the left side of my head starting about 7 hours after injection. The pain subsided the next day after taking the 1 mg anastrozole tablet. I haven't had a chance to talk with the doctor about this yet and was wondering what your thoughts were about this pain.

Brief Answer:
Testosterone

Detailed Answer:
I have noted your headache occurring few hours after the testosterone cypionate injection.
Headache has been reported in 1 % to less than 3% of individuals on testosterone treatment. It is an uncommon side effect which is not generally considered a known side effect of this medication/injection.
I also see it resolved after anastrozole.

I see you are on tamsulosin. This is more commonly associated with a headache. But I know you will then wonder why the headache didn't occur to you all this time you have been on it.
